HOW TO TURN ON WIRELESS ZERO
CONFIGURATIONS IN WINDOWS XP
You may already know or
heard about Wireless Zero configuration which is a tool for opening your PC
Wi-fi. You may not have the idea to start or end Wireless zero configurations.
It is also known as WLAN Auto configuration that is a wireless connection
utility in operating system that dynamically selects a wireless network to
connect as the wish of operator. This can be used instead of, or in the absence
of, a wireless network utility from the manufacturer of a computer's wireless
networking device. The drivers for the wireless adapter query the NDIS Object
IDs and pass the available network names (SSIDs) to the service.
This service then list in the user interface on WLAN tab in the connection’s properties or in the WLAN connection dialog box accessible from the notification area. A checked build version of the WZC service can be used by developers to obtain additional diagnostic and tracing information logged by the service.
